Adoption Applications

To adopt an Orphan from Wagging Dog Rescue:

  1. For California Dogs & Cats: You must live in Southern California: Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and parts of Riverside counties. Other areas of SoCal may be considered.
  2. For Colorado Dogs & Cats: You must live in the Denver, Colorado area. Other Colorado areas may be considered.
  3. Adoption Fee & Contract: If we approve your adoption of one of our rescued Orphans, we ask for a minimum adoption fee and require a signed adoption contract.
  4. Must be 21: Applicant must be at least 21 years old and head of household.

Please fill out the appropriate form below to submit your adoption application by email, fax or snail mail. Email is fastest and you can send the completed application to adoptions@waggingdog.org. We’ll contact you as soon as we receive it. Thank you!
